The Low Country
Chapter's Annual Christmas Party was held on Saturday, December 4, 2004 at Jim
and Linda McLain's beautiful home on Bailey Island near Edisto Beach.

Members and their guests
enjoyed a magnificent sunset over the marsh as they welcomed the Holiday Season
with cocktails and conversation around the outdoor fireplace on the deck.
Bidding was brisk at the Silent Auction tables
which held
a good assortment of outdoor gear, clothing, fine wines and home decor
items.
The feature event of the
evening was an Oyster Roast and Shrimp Boil prepared by Bohickett Barbeque.
To accompany the oysters and
shrimp, Chapter President, Chris Thomas, prepared a wonderful "Turkey Bog" and
President-Elect, David Crosby, brought a kettle of homemade venison chili.
Chapter Member, Kenny Jarrett
brought 6 of his world-renowned rifles to the party and encouraged guests to handle and
examine them in Jim McLain's elegant Trophy Room.
