In October of 2002, Clint and Camille Lemon and Mark and Holly Peterson, along with their two dogs, traveled cross country in a rented 30' motor home to hunt pheasants in Mott, North Dakota.

They had a wonderful time seeing the sights along the way, visiting the Crazy Horse monument, Mount Rushmore, Badlands National Park, the Wind Cave, Dakota Arms and every Cabela's store in the midwest!

Fellow Chapter Member, Tony Mims, joined them in Mott for several days of fast-paced pheasant hunting.  The dogs, Bella and Miss Chiffa did a great job finding and retrieving the birds.

Here are a few photos from the trip.

Safari to North Dakota! Two couples, two dogs, two weeks, too much fun!

The end of a good day!

This one almost slipped by as we hunted downwind.

It's easy working into the wind!

As you can see, it was very cold and windy!

Dedication pays!
